HELLO FROM THE KROST FAMILY:
Pastor Todd, Christina, and their daughters Madeline (14), Ava (10), and Harper (6), are delighted to be returning to Embarras River District! We are currently serving at Carrier Mills First UMC in Cache River District, and served at Neoga Grace/Toledo/Etna UMCs from 2014-2018.
Pastor Todd completed his Masters in Divinity at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL in 2014 and was ordained in June 2017. He will celebrate 8 years in ministry this summer. His favorite parts of ministry are building relationships, exploring church history, and service/mission work.
Christina is the Southern Illinois Outreach Coordinator for Faith in Place, an interfaith earth care non-profit based in Chicago. She also holds a jurisdictional position with United Methodist Women. She travels around Illinois teaching faithful people how to care for our shared land, air, water, and each other.
Madeline loves music and art. Ava loves to tumble and cheer. Harper is…hard to capture in just a few words. We also have a cat named Max. We eagerly anticipate meeting you all and putting down roots in the community. Please join us in praying for smooth transitions for everyone in the coming weeks.
In connectional spirit,
